Terms of Service

These terms are a simple agreement between you and BIZIBIZI INC. (ThreeDay Digital), the operator of Sidekick. By creating an account or using Sidekick, you agree to them. If you’re using Sidekick for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

Sidekick is an app for notes and sticky boards, voice dictation in many languages, meeting recording with transcription and summaries, planning, whiteboards and team spaces. It’s free to start; paid plans add heavier voice and AI usage. We’re always improving Sidekick, so features may evolve over time.

• Keep your login credentials safe — you’re responsible for activity on your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• ThreeDay Digital customers can sign in with their existing credentials; the same responsibilities apply.

Your notes, recordings, transcripts, boards and files are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so Sidekick can work — syncing across devices, transcribing your audio, generating the summaries you request, and sharing to the team spaces you choose. We don’t sell your content or use it for advertising.

• Don’t use Sidekick for anything illegal, harmful or abusive, and don’t upload content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Recording laws differ by region — get consent before recording a meeting where consent is required.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Transcripts, summaries and AI answers are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Review anything important before you rely on it — Sidekick is a brilliant assistant, not a substitute for your judgment or professional advice.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for. Prices may change, but never mid-cycle and never without notice.

You can stop using Sidekick and delete your account whenever you like (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk — where reasonable, we’ll warn you first.

Sidekick is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it fast, safe and available, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, BIZIBIZI INC.’s total liability for any claim related to Sidekick is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the effective date above and let you know in the app before the changes take effect.
